How to delete your data from AI Ads Platform

Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. We are committed to processing your request within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Facebook Connection Data

  • •Access tokens and refresh tokens
  • •Connected Pages and Ad Accounts
  • •Facebook user ID and permissions

Account Data

  • •Email address and profile information
  • •Organization and project data
  • •User preferences and settings

Campaign Data

  • •Campaign configurations and settings
  • •Ad creatives (text, images, videos)
  • •Targeting preferences
  • •Performance metrics and analytics

Content Library

  • •Uploaded images and videos
  • •Media files stored in Cloudflare R2
  • •Content metadata

How to Request Data Deletion

Choose the method that works best for you

Fastest

Option 1: Delete from Your Account

  1. 1Log in to your AI Ads Platform account
  2. 2Go to Settings → Account
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
  4. 4Confirm deletion by entering your password
  5. 5Your data will be deleted immediately

Option 2: Disconnect Facebook Account Only

  1. 1Log in to your AI Ads Platform account
  2. 2Go to Settings → Integrations
  3. 3Find your connected Facebook account
  4. 4Click "Disconnect" and confirm

This will delete all Facebook-related data (tokens, pages, ad accounts) but keep your account active.

Option 3: Email Request

Send an email to:

privacy@aiadsplatform.com

Subject: "Data Deletion Request"

Include:

  • •Your registered email address
  • •Your Facebook User ID (if you connected Facebook)
  • •Confirmation that you want all data deleted

Option 4: Revoke via Facebook

  1. 1

    Go to Facebook App Settings:

    Open Facebook App Settings
  2. 2Find "AI Ads Platform" in your app list
  3. 3Click "Remove"
  4. 4This revokes our access to your Facebook data
  5. 5Then email us to request deletion of remaining data

Data Deletion Timeline

Immediate (Within 24 hours)

  • Access tokens revoked
  • Account access disabled
  • Active campaigns paused

Within 7 Days

  • Database records deleted
  • Media files removed from storage
  • Campaign data purged

Within 30 Days

  • Backup data removed
  • Log data purged
  • Complete deletion confirmed

Important Information

  • •Your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
  • •All campaigns will be stopped immediately
  • •You will lose access to all historical data and reports
  • •Active Facebook campaigns will continue running (you need to stop them manually in Facebook Ads Manager)
  • •You can create a new account in the future, but previous data will not be restored
